CCL is an internally recognized
resource for understanding and expanding the leadership capabilities of
individuals and organizations from across the public, private, nonprofit,
government and education sectors. Their mission is to advance the understanding,
practice and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide.
Their role is to help address the leadership component of both business
and organizational challenges - helping to build, extend and revitalize
the practice of leadership.

Prospector®
is unique 360-degree feedback tool that provides feedback on two types
of behaviors: the skills most often found in successful executives, and
the learning behaviors needed to acquire those skills. It assesses the
following 11 competencies. The assessment is internet-based.

to Creativity is an organizational survey that assesses

division or organization. It measures specific management practices that
impact the work environment. KEYS assesses six management practices that

In addition, KEYS looks at two management practices that inhibit the work
